Always by your side over the years - Our Story
Nordcontenitori is the well-known manufacturer of Iridium-Pal and "custom pallets." At the beginning of the 20th century, logistic systems for industrial storage and transportation undergo major innovations in line with market needs and the production of new materials.
EdoardoBertoli, who had already gained significant experience in the field of plastic components in previous years, sensed the potential of plastics applied to this sector and, taking into account the changes of recent years, was developing a series of products to complement the logistics industry.

1981
Nordcontenitorinaswas founded in 1981 thanks to the creativity of its founder , and its first location was in Osio Sopra, in the province of Bergamo. At first, the company focused on small and medium-sized plastic containers , and then quickly moved on to largercontainers(pallet-boxes) and pallets. -
1988
In 1988, for logistical reasons related to the expansion of activities, the company moved to its current location in Medolago to expand the warehouse area and rationalize production facilities.
The success gained in the following years significantly increases in terms of quantity the production demand for which Nordcontenitoridecidesto add to the already existing facilities an autonomous production site, which is inaugurated in Chignolo d'Isola on an area of more than 3,000 square meters of surface.000 square meters of surface and equipped with the most modern means for injection molding. -
2001
Continuous technological research and the need to minimize environmental impact prompted Nordcontenitori to launch in 2001 a new department for the production of rigid bars made of PET, a recycled material derived from plastic bottles. PET bars are used for the design ofspecial non-standardsize pallets in different types according to customer demand.
In recent years, the development of a new pallet concept, known as IridiumPal®, has been initiated with the aim of significantly changing the way industrial logistics and transportation are organized due to its high level of modularity and suitability for various applications. -
2001
On these innovative thrusts, a new company, Logis-Rent ,was founded in 2001 with the aim of studying new solutions to meet the needs of thelogistics industry in the international market, toward which the Group has been increasingly moving in recent years.
Knowledge of market needs, flexible production choices to optimize costs and best follow the needs of Customers combined with an always innovative design of manufactured goods and careful choice of the highest quality materials have enabled the development of our industrial reality from 1981 to the present.
In 1966 Eugenio Montale stated that "one of the fundamental tasks of industry is to divert man, or rather to divert him from the contemplative mind, which is the key element of all activity" (Auto da fé).
It is with this awareness, professionalism and pride that the Nordcontenitori / Logis-Rent group has continued to look to the future since 1981.
